Description
Fillet (Radii)
In CNC machining, sharp internal corners on workpieces will naturally form fillets (radii). The depth of drilled holes should not exceed 12 times the drill diameter. For end mills, the depth should not exceed 10 times the tool diameter.
Threads and Tapped Holes
Diameter Φ1.5-5 mm, depth: 3 times diameter; Diameter Φ5 mm and above, depth: 4-6 times diameter. Zintilon can produce threads of any specification and size according to customer requirements.
Undercuts
Square profile, full fillet, dovetail profile.
Text
CNC Milling: Minimum width 0.3 mm, depth 0.1 mm. CNC Turning: Zintilon can use laser marking to create standard text for CNC turned parts. According to customer requirements, Zintilon can create standard text through CNC engraving or laser engraving.
Holes
Minimum drill hole diameter 1 mm. The hole depth should not exceed 4 times the diameter for optimal results.
