We also do 5-axis CNC milling on the complex geometries of the manifolds with the following tolerances: dimensional accuracy of ±0.015 mm, precision boring on the O-ring grooves with width tolerances of ±0.008 mm as per the specified ISO 3601-2 depth and standards and with depth accuracy of ±0.010 mm, thread milling for the NPT or ISO threaded housing connectors. We also do ISO 228 thread tolerance of 6H class and micro-drilling for the relief ports of pressure (0.5-2.0mm diameter) with positional accuracy of ±0.020 mm. Hydrostatic pressure testing of 125 PSI and burst pressure validated to 500 PSI are also done.

We produce water filter component housing from food-grade polypropylene (PP) to comply with FDA 21 CRF 177.1520. Our polypropylene filter housing has chemical resistance to chlorine with stainless steel 304 for cartridge caps with NSF/ANSI 61 certification and corrosion resistance. Additionally, we use stainless steel 316L for superior corrosion resistance in high chlorine environments. We also produce food-grade ABS plastic transparent filter housing with impact resistance (25 kJ/m²) and UV resistance to. We use brass C36000 for quick-connect fittings that are either nickel or chrome plated. Internal valve components are acetal (POM) with a low friction coefficient (0.15-0.20), and we use EPDM rubber with Shore A hardness 60-80 for O-rings to maintain sealing -20°C to +120°C temperature for extended temperature ranges. We use activated carbon composites for specialty Filter applications. Regarding water safety compliance (as per NSF/ANSI 61 for drinking water system components and FDA CFR 21 food contact materials), we offer superior leak-free performance with zero failures at 100 PSI operating pressure continuous operation with flow rates from 0.5-5 gallons per minute and mechanical durability (at least 100,000 connection/disconnection cycles or 5 years of continuous use).

O-ring grooves are produced through precision boring where the grooves have a width of 0.008mm and depth of 0.01mm. 0.5-2mm holes are produced through micro drilling where the holes are of +0.015mm tolerance. Tangential threads, 0.5-2.0mm cool ports, and a surface of Ra 0.3-0.5 cm can be achieved through antimicrobial silver coating.
