To deliver High Accuracy Home Brew System Components CNC Machining for Consumer Goods Sector, we are equipped with CNC multi-axis machining centers, 5-axis simultaneous milling machines and Swiss precision turning lathes, which allow us to maintain quality control in our machining proficiency. Each component, to include bodies of brew kettles in stainless steel 304 (having 10 to 60 liters capacity) with precision welding of tri-clamp ports, to 316L stainless steel, fermentation vessel components possessing conical bottoms with geometries of various angles, to assemblies of brass ball valves possessing tolerances of 0.012 mm (bore) tri-clamp ferrules (1.5”- 4” sizes) with sealing surface tolerances of 0.010 mm, and sight glass mounting rings with O-ring grooves of ±0.010mm conforming to ISO 3601-2, are designed and crafted with great attention to detail to ensure the highest degree of brewing control and the reliable production of craft beverages that are food-safe for more than 1,000 brewing cycles.

We complete custom CNC turning for valve bodies with a tolerance of ±0.012 mm for boring and a concentricity tolerance of 0.010 mm. We also do precision milling for tri-clamp ferrule sealing surfaces with a flatness tolerance of ±0.010 mm and a linear tolerance of ±0.012 mm. Additionally, 5-axis milling for a complex kettle port geometry with a tolerance of ±0.015 mm, and precision boring for sight glass mounting cavities with a groove width tolerance of 0.010 mm and an OD tolerance of ±0.010 mm per ISO 3601-2, as well as thread milling for NPT connections (1/2"-2") with pitch accuracy of ±0.012 mm and precision drilling for thermowell pockets (50-150 mm depth) with an ID tolerance of ±0.012 mm. Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 30 PSI is also conducted along with the approved sanitary surface testing.

We have specialized in manufacturing home-brewing equipment and we utilize various kinds of stainless steel; 304 and 316L and they have various different uses from brew kettle components to fermentation vessels. The 304 stainless steel is food-grade conforming to the FDA CFR 21 standards and is also corrosion resistant to the wort and cleaning chemicals while having a tensile strength of 515 MPa. The stainless steel 316L is corrosion resistant to acidic environments, and it is also used for fermentation vessels that are used, for example, in the processing of chloride-rich water. Other materials we use are brass C36000 for the valve bodies and it has excellent machinability and flow control characteristics. There are also food-grade materials that we use, such as silicone rubber for gaskets that have a Shore A hardness from 50 to 70, and maintain their sealing throughout a temperature range of -40° C to +177° C (which is a quite large temperature range). Other components for the gaskets we have are EPDM that is also FDA compliant for a temperature range of -29° C to +149° C. Other materials that we utilize are borosilicate glass for sight glasses that have thermal shock resistance, and are quite transparent. In addition, we use copper for immersion chillers and these have a high thermal conductivity of 385 to 390 W/m·K. For gaskets as well as tri-clamp gaskets, we specialize in making sanitary surface finishes and we also electropolish to sanitary finishes that are compliant with 3-A standards, and that have a roughness of 0.4 to 0.8 micrometers. We also do pressure testing and have no failures even at 30 PSI. We also have a full tri-clamp connection, and we do tolerancing that is ±0.012 millimeters; for the thermowells that we use, we have a temperature control to ±1° C of the controlled value. For these brews we have mechanical durability of over 1,000 brewing batches, and for over 10 years of use for the home and craft brewers.
