Our electric grill components are made using A380 die-cast aluminum for the grill plates for its excellent thermal conductivity (96 W/m·K), as well as its capability to be molded into complex shapes and its lightweight qualities. The structural housings are made of Aluminum 6061-T6 and have anodized protection, as well as excellent thermal stability. The heating brackets are made of food-grade (per FDA CFR 21) stainless steel 304 with excellent high-temperature resistance (up to 800°C) and stainless steel 316L outdoors, which has excellent superior corrosion resistance for outdoor cooking. Other materials include food-grade heat resistant polypropylene (PP) which has heat resistance of 120°C for the control panel housing and food-grade silicone gaskets (Shore A hardness 40–60, extreme sealing) which have a high positive sealing temperature of -40°C to +250°C as well as ceramic-coated cast iron which is excellent for high heat cooking as are the grill plates. Other materials include PTFE/ceramic (25-40μm thick) which is FDA-compliant (per 21 CFR 177.1550) heat resistant to 260°C with excellent release for over 2,000 (nonstick) cooking cycles. For food safety compliance, we are certified for FDA CFR 21 and EU Regulation 10/2011. During the continuous operation at 150-300°C, the grill has a heating power of 1,200-2,400W providing excellent, uniform temperature distribution and maintaining a ±10°C temperature variance for a 300-1,500 cm² cooking surface. We ensure the mechanical durability lasts for over two and a half thousand cycles for two years of regular use, providing a total of 5 years of commercial/general use.
